Site Contract Management of Fluor's Piling, Concrete and Paving Contracts for the LNGC Project in Kitimat BC.

Working with the City of Edmonton's Business Process and Customer Experience Branch this one year Contract term was responsible for review of the City's existing Contracts for cost savings and process improvements. Additionally, the position involved engagement with the City's procurement group for implementation of new Contracting strategies.

Senior Contracts Administrator and Acting Contracts Lead for the Enbridge Major Projects Facilities Group. Scope of Work primarily included formation of new facilities Contracts, leading a formation contracting team, reporting the teams progress to management, attending cross functional team meetings for various initiatives and working with the team to resolve unexpected issues that came up. Formation activities for the Facilities Group included Formation of Contracts for field construction of 18 Pump Station Facilities for the Line 3 Replacement Project and 9 Pump Station Facilities for the Wood Buffalo Expansion Project required for the Fort Hills Project. Additionally the Facilities group looked after formation of offsite buildings such as Ehouses, RSV Buildings, various skids and electrical buildings. The role also involved supporting the formation of the General Contract for the field construction of a new pipeline required for the Wood Buffalo Expansion Project.

Senior Contracts Administrator looking after formation of large facility construction, pipeline and mod yard Contracts on the Fort Hills Project including the formation of the General Contractor Contract for the field Construction of the Fort Hills Ore Preparation Plant required for the new Suncor Mine being developed.

Senior Field Contract Administrator managing Contracts on Enbridge's Sunday Creek Terminal Expansion (SCTE) Project located on the Cenovus Christina Lake site along with Contracts on Enbridge's Suncor Bitumen Blend Project (SBBP) and Enbridge's Wood Buffalo Project (WBP).

Contract Management of Firebag Pads & Gathering Lines Contracts along with Central plant Earthworks and Electrical Contracts on Firebag Stage 3 & 4. Position also involved mentoring of Jr. Contract Administrator's, review and feed back on RFP's & new Contracts prior to award, claim negotiation & settlement along with ensuring Contractor contractual obligations were met.Position additionally involved rolling out and implementation of standard Suncor SCM Procedures at Suncor's Mackay River Site along with Contract Administration of Contracts at Mackay River in addition to my Firebag Contracts until a permanent Site Contract Administration Team could be established at Mackay River.

Transferred to the Firebag field to manage Suncor's Pads and Gathering Lines Contracts. Position involved negotiating claims, managing Contract changes, ensuring timely Contractor payments and ensuring that the Contractor's completed their contractual obligations as per the contract.Position also involved mentoring and development of Junior CA's along with conducting frequent site tours of the site.

Role included Contract Administration of Suncor's Modyard Contracts to ensue that the modules were shipped on budget and on schedule. Additionally performed the role of Field Relationship Manager for Suncor's Supplier of Choice Contracts. This included addressing issues with the safe mode of materials, budgeting funding for next years work activities, routine visit to Suncor's supplier of choice warehouses and laydown yards. Was involved with negotiating rates for buy back of excess materials along with inventorying and re staging of excess materials for shipment to site that could be used on other projects.

Temporarily assigned to M&E Major Projects to manage all offsite Contracts for Suncor's 1.3 B Steepbank Extraction Plant. Duties included expediting and coordinating material shipments to site, procurement of site material shorts, Contract Administration off all offsite ehouse and fabshop Contracts. Scope of work additionally included managing Suncor's logistics contracts and coordinating the transportation of shipments to site including bridge studies of over dimensional loads. Position was required until the completion of all offsite work for the Steepbank Extraction Plant being constructed. During this time procurement support was also provided to Suncor's MFT project.

Role included: 1. Working on a cross functional team to implement full SAP with integration into Fabtrack for material Coordination and Suncor's EPC Contractor Colt Engineering for purchasing,2. Resolving all payment issue on the Mining and Extraction Projects with a small support team,3. Early Engagement and coordination of early bulk buys for mill runs with long lead times,4. Updating and maintaining the projects Procurement and Contracting Plan for Suncor's MFT project,5. Resolving interface issues between Colt, Suncor and Fabtrack to ensure smooth uninterrupted services,6. Implementation and roll out of new standardized processes,7. Resolving commercial issues with the Suncor's EPC Contractor Colt Engineering to give direction on how to proceed on key items,8. Procurement of materials as required,9. Formation and Administration of offsite Contracts required for the execution of the Steepbank Extraction Plant,10. Managing a small close out team to expedite the remaining material deliveries, turnover document submissions, resolution of final payment and commercial issues along with the close out of all Material PO's and offsite contracts.11. Lastly operated as Suncor M&E SAP superuser which included training of others on the system.
