The position of Product Manager was first introduced at ISC in September 2007. Part of ISC's vision at the time was to deliver "quality and customer-driven information management, services and solutions". Sound product management is essential in allowing ISC to achieve it's vision through being clear on what the market problems of our existing and new customers are and ensuring we develop products and services to, ultimately, resolve these problems.

Initially managed relationships within all sectors (Legal, Government, Resources, Land Development, Municipal, Financial, 3rd Party Providers) then focused on management of Municipal and Land Development Sectors as they relate to ISC. Duties included gathering and prioritizing issues, problem resolution, large transaction facilitation, sector planning, presentations, tradeshows, conferences and significant documentation.

Entry level at Yorkton Land Titles from 1993-2000, various positions in Grant and Title Conversion from 2000-2002, Customer Advocate in 2003.
