I have extensive knowledge and experience in customer service by phone, email, or in-person. My experience providing Canada-wide support over the past eight years has provided me with strong client interactions skills and exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide creative solutions. Working in a high paced support centre has provided me with the ability to work with a team to prioritize and plan workloads. I have also gained extensive knowledge in eliciting client’s needs and clearly understanding their priorities. I am an energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills and I enjoy working with people in a customer focused environment. I am currently enrolled in the University of Lethbridge (Calgary Campus) Business Management Program. I would like to combine my customer service experience with my business education to work closer with the community. Since moving to Calgary in 2007, I have been involved in community sports as a hockey referee and timekeeper. I have just completed my first seminar full time, and I am looking for a position where I can apply my skills while continuing my university studies on a part-time basis. Although I am continuing my education part-time, I still have a high available and flexibility.
