My responsibilities as MD - POLYCZAR FORENSICS LIMITED. include establishing and maintaining oversight and quality control for Forensic Integrity/Suitability Assessment & Monitoring programs (IMAAP) for Organizations, as well as working alongside Loss Prevention and Human Resource departments to assist them in achieving their specific goals and objectives as it relates to hiring and recruiting, continuity and promotional practices. Additionally we customize interview training/workshops for Loss prevention Professionals, Human Resource Practitioners/Specialists as well as Corporate Security/ Investigators and any other discipline that conducts interviews as part of their portfolio.

Establishes, maintains and provides oversight for Forensic Integrity Pre-employment Screening and Monitoring programs for all levels of personnel, including senior executives who have access to highly confidential and sensitive company information as well as highly valued company assets. Validating of personnel involved in procurement, tendering, negotiating and awarding of contracts etc.Assists with investigations simple as well as sensitive (internal/external) to identify persons of interest and eliminate/remove innocent persons from allegations/suspicion i.e. theft/alleged harassment. Provides critical direction indicators to resolve issues under investigationProvides consultations for Heads of Corporate & State Enterprises on any matter (s) regarding Integrity issues i.e. confidential information leaks, breaches of policy/procedures etc. and devises road map to clinically target the core areas of concern to bring about resolutions and recommendations to pre-empt/minimize the recurrence of such incidents(s)Provides training in the areas of Investigative Interviewing and Forensic Behavioral Analysis interviewing as well as interviewing for Harassment for Human Resource/Loss Prevention Personnel (using a matrix of various techniques)

Worked as part of a Multi-disciplinary Mental health team to develop health care plans which included rehabilitative services within a therapeutic milieu,targeting in as well as out-patients diagnosed with a variety of disorders ranging from, Schizophrenia, Manic Depressive psychosis, Drug induced psychosis, Huntington's Chorea, Kleinfelter's syndrome, mild, moderate,severe mental retardation, Down's syndrome, suicidal and depression states, drug addiction, alcoholism, Epilepsy etc.
