About Sheldon Schehr

Let's face it, given enough time, almost everything breaks or wears out. When that happens to medical equipment it is the job of my team at Block Imaging to see if it can be restored or repaired to usefulness. Sometimes, the answer is not to the degree that makes it viable for resale. Other times it is a flat-out no. Our goal is to provide the best performing, most cost-efficient, functionally tested repaired parts in the marketplace. When we are finished, if a part cannot perform at or better than OEM specifications, it does not make the cut and does not pass our final test.About me, I possess an over 40-year career in healthcare industry with experience that include:• X-Ray and CT Tube manufacturing• New product development• Parts sourcing and validation• Work instruction development and implementation • Compliance and quality reporting• Sales and marketing• System refurbishment and re-manufacture• Medical parts reclamation and resale• Repair part forecasting and supplier management • Reverse logistics and inventory deployment• Workflow and project management• Lean and Six-Sigma project management• Part identification and technical support team management • Customer backorder and escalation remediation • Warehouse optimization and delivery metrics• Data analytics and consolidated OPSI forecasting• Search engine optimization and customer personalization• e-Commerce Taxonomy and PIM• Repair Team managementThe confluence of these experiences helps me provide a broad, unique, holistic, and valuable perspective of the healthcare industry. How can I help you today?

Listed skills include Cross Functional Team Leadership, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning, and 46 others.
