Oversaw financial matters including financing development projects, pursuing and funding acquisitions, raising equity and obtaining permanent financing for stabilized assets. Performed as development officer for The Brookwood (219 unit Atlanta condominium) and the asset manager for Concourse, a 2.2m sf office complex in north Atlanta.

Responsible for all project equity and debt financing, corporate financing and reporting to partners. Development partner on Oakland Park (63 unit Atlanta urban residential project) and The Brookwood. Urban merged into Regent Partners in 2007.

Specific areas of focus included the defense, health and education sectors. 1994 – 1996: Assistant Director, Real Estate Group: Developed real estate strategies for corporate occupiers.
