I have also worked as a call Center Agent for Stericycle where I provided top quality customer service for Auto recalls nationally for Honda, Acura, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. Spanning the seven years before that I served in the Management role of a Service Delivery Manager role in large data center environments such as the State of California, Kaiser Permanente and in various roles for IBM. I started my career in various Engineering and Telecommunication roles with AT&T, Ameritech and Indiana Bell Telephone company.One of my recent accomplishments was the setup and administration of the first offering of a Public Virtual Cloud Environment in the United States by IBM (the CalCloud Account) for the State of California.
