Managing all phases of high-end Residential Projects including concept design, layouts, liaising with clients & vendors, construction and Project Management.Installation of Integrated Computer-controlled smart home and commercial systems including Site Access, Security, Time & Attendance, Lights, Lawn irrigation and Temperature control.

• Managing all Workshop operations (Welding/Fabrication, Design & Machine Shop) and associated mechanical/industrial engineering and organizational functions.• Interfacing with existing and potential customers and assisting in the development of business opportunities for the Company.

• Managing Mechanical and Civil Projects. Some key Civil & Mechanical projects executed were:• DCS building Expansion - (Engineering Design, Tender Preparation & Evaluation, Project Management)• Administration Building Renovations - (Design, Contract Award & Supervision)• Seal Gas Dryer Backup - (Engineering Design, Project Management, Commissioning)• Team Member of Briquetting Plant (Engineering Design)• Site Facilities Management including building maintenance, HVAC equipment, Site Access & Security and Sewer Systems.• Purchase and maintenance of mobile equipment.• Planning & scheduling of preventive maintenance and plant shut-down activities. • Developing the policies and operating procedures for the CMMS (DataStream D7i) system including training of staff/end-users.• Developing and tracking of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor maintenance activities and provide recommendations.

• Team member of Gas Turbine Shut-downs for major overhauls.• Intense 6-month training in Power Plant Operations and Maintenance at all three plant locations – Port-of-Spain, Pt. Lisas and Penal.

• Managing all aspects of large-scale, commercial projects from the planning process to installation and control within prescribed time-frames.• Preparing and issuing of tender documents, performing tender evaluations, selection and award of contracts to qualified contractors in the Industrial Sector.• Preparation of status reports and making presentations on perspective projects to the Management Review Board and/or Board of Directors.

• Managing of all Plant Production and Operations.• Developing company wide Action Plan to identify/formalize workflow processes for all departments.• Restructuring of Binding operations.

• Lecturing, demonstrating and Coordinating of Computer Courses including AutoCAD, Microsoft office and the Internet

• Conducting research relevant to the department. Research projects included Lot Sizing Techniques for Production Scheduling and turbine design/optimization with respect to alternate energy sources. • Demonstrating laboratory sessions and/or tutorials in the areas of: Strengths of Materials, Thermodynamics and AutoCAD.• Serving as a Chief Invigilator at University semester examinations.• Worked along with an architect in producing site, drainage and air-conditioning layouts in AutoCAD on a large complex.

• Lecturing of Microsoft Office Suite and Computer Fundamentals (ACP).
