- Supervised the Accounts Payable Help Desk which fields questions from our vendors and Time Warner Cable personnel with their questions regarding Accounts Payable. - Worked with members of Accounts Payable to resolve issues that require immediate attention as well as work with our vendors to resolve past due issues or other heightened issues that are brought to my attention.- Built applications using Microsoft Access that assist the Accounts Payable helpdesk to keep track of issues and to prepare forms that we use in the Accounts Payable department. This information is kept in a database that can be queried to provide trends and other statistical data.
