Passion doesn’t push, instead it pulls us forward towards and aligns us on a vision as we work to solve big, important challenges. As we pursue our passion, being curious is one of the most important prerequisites for success. Curiosity leads to discovery and insight. When I think back, my greatest teachers and leaders shared in my curiosity and rewarded it, which in hindsight was the greatest gift they ever gave me. This curiosity drives me to want to understand my customers better and put them first.
