I have a great passion for helping others and performing to the best of my abilities. I am deftly skilled in many aspects of computer technologies and troubleshooting, and have dealt with a wide range of platforms and devices. With my new team at Fidelity Investments, the Business analyst role is one that spurs great curiosity for me. Using data to answer and respond in order to those daily requests really shows that I am integrated into Fidelity. Along with my team, I analyze active brokerage data for accounts, and troubleshoot and handle requests daily.My main passion lies in data security, strengthening and protecting programs from malware and rogue viruses. I find this fascinating because it's always a constant puzzle to figure out what's coming next. This is why I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Cyber Forensics and Computer Sciences.Overall, I consider myself a desirous, earnest, and an ardent individual. Any team I am put on, I can say with confidence that I will exceed expectations and get results.
