Though I am new to the industry, I’ve spent my time with Louisiana Culinary Institute picking up skills rapid fire, from processing of various forms of meat, to making traditional sauces, dishes, and baked goods. I consider myself flexible, coach able, and quick to pick up on new skills. Of all forms the Culinary industry takes, by far my passion is in the coffee world. I have spent countless hours studying and educating myself in my personal time on the different procedures and techniques required to create gorgeous specialty coffees, and would love to apply those skills in a work environment, as well as learn new skills via on the job training. Although my true passion is in coffee, I’m more than satisfied working anywhere in the food industry that allows me to grow as a culinarian.
