I led and trained all test engineers, and cyber penetration testers for cyber testing military aircraft. as a result, we were able to handle a very complex flight test schedule of 21 different aircraft and 30 projects by only 15 individuals who all had to be trained on related subjects before they could test a particular aircraft or project.I coordinated with customers to ensure our workforce could meet their deadlines for testing their military aircraft.I trained and reviewed all technical content produced by the engineering team in order to ensure that engineering documents met our squadron standards, and to ensure the intent of the documentation was adequately being represented. As a result, we produced multiple reports with recommendations for fielding or fixing to the program offices in conjunction with contractor needs.

I Led the safety risk hazard identification and mitigation effort for flight sciences flight test of the F-22 which encompassed Flying/Handling Qualities for low and high angle of attack, Flight Performance, Structures, Flutter, and Thermo-Acoustic Flight Test Disciplines. As a result, I obtained government approval to test due to having adequate mitigations in place to minimize risk level.

I used customer and government performance based requirements to plan the flight test project, flight test maneuvers, and flight test missions such that we could adequately test whether or not a change to the aircraft meets requirements or needs work.I simulated all flight test maneuvers on a desktop simulator and then an approved flight representative simulator in order to obtain predictions of states of the aircraft with positions of surfaces on the aircraft representative to the maneuver planned. I worked on a software to determine the lowest altitude at which a pilot can start a maneuver to provide for adequate recover and still ensure safe flight testing for the pilot. as a result, we had a python based software and gui that provided an accurate prediction of altitude and protected our pilots lives.I created engineering monitors for flying qualities flight test engineers that optimized situational awareness in the control room.

I led a team of seven engineering disciplines and coordinated flight test project players, including program offices and contracting companies toward a unified effort to seamlessly flight test the B-52 changes. As a result, flight test had no interruptions and things that were due at certain points throughout the project were received and delivered on time which all resulted in no complications to flight test.I authored the flight test report along with a field or fix recommendation to the program offices in order to officially close out the flight test project and allow other government offices to decide what to do with the flight test results. as a result, the final report was used to support decisions.

As a Subject Matter Expert on Data Links Flight Test I wrote test plans and led the test execution effort for the B-52, B-2, B-1, KC-46, and RQ-4 Aircraft. As a result I became very well versed in all data links for bomber aircraft as well as for RQ-4 and KC-46. I ran the ground station testing communication to the aircraft via satellite, and various radio frequency ranges. As a result, helped trouble shoot efforts for bomber Data links at other air force bases in the united states as well.
