Coordinator of the team responsible to develop tires for motorcycles, manufactured in Brazil and supplied to the brazilian and international market, specifically dedicated to motorcycle manufacturers such as Honda, Yamaha, BMW, Triumph, Indian, among others.

- Design and implement new products and contribute to the definition of marketing/OEM customer specifications- Ensure product approval in different OEM customers (as Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM, BMW, etc)- Review customer-assigned design requirements (OEM or aftermarket) and develop related product specifications- Manage product development plan defined in the Marketing Roadmap, ensuring project management, defining product specifications, organizing prototyping activities and contributing to the design of new materials and product structures.- Manage product performance in terms of cost- Ensure product alignment with international technical and legal standards (as INMETRO, DOT, ECE, BIS, SNI)- Recognize and analyze complaints data from technological problems in order to identify root causes and complete corrective or improvement actions.- Support the industrialization plan from a technical perspective, cooperating with all functions involved.- Develop technical knowledge in order to improve / maintain product performance

- Elaborate quality reports for the claims of the Motorcycle Manufacturers (Honda, Yamaha, etc) - Responsible for look for solutions to each claims, with the factory Quality team support - Make analysis and reports regarding tires that came from warranty process.- Attend the client’s audits (process, systemic) at the factory plant.- Prepare specific documents to the clients.- Monitoring quality of the tube’s supplier.- Analysis the tube’s supplier reports.- Attending the visits of the governmental institutes (BIS from India, INMETRO from Brazil, etc)

- Make statistical analyses of the market claims.- Organize meetings with factory and engineering about market claims.- Support the commercial technician about claims and products information.- Prepare benchmarking about Pirelli tires and Competitors.- Request homologation to governmental institutes (INMETRO, BIS, CHAS).- Attending the visits of the governmental institutes (BIS from India, INMETRO from Brazil, etc)

- In charge to implement the 5S Methodology in Machining Line Process.- Define with the operator the tools that are necessary in work place.- Responsible for choose the work standards.- Reduce the machine’s setup time.
