Mr. Moses possess a wide range of knowledge in the construction industry. He has over 15 years general construction experience and is responsible for the successful day to day operations of the company. He directly manages project management staff, develops, and maintains successful relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. He also consults with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and design home & commercial plans based on client requirements. Mr. Moses prepares detailed cost estimates for each project based on the client's building plans and specifications. He works directly with building inspectors and zoning officers to meet design standards and building codes. He also plans construction methods, procedures, and develops scope of work documentation for all Zion’s Management subcontractors. He has a perfectionist eye for quality and detail; he takes pride in applying quality standards to all projects. Mr. Moses has established a reputation for always completing projects and posses an overall accountability for timely completion of his projects.
