PCG helps primarily public sector health, education, and human services organizations make measurable improvements to their performance and processes.In my current role, I drive the development of customized curriculum solutions for public school districts and state-level departments of education. This involves organizing, motivating, and managing the work of a writing team and collaborating productively with colleagues and clients. Client partners have included the New York City Department of Education and the Texas Educational Agency. In service of both contracts, I led the development of customized instructional resources for a subset of grade levels, enjoyed productive relationships with client representatives, and both drove and developed the work from teams of curriculum writers.

Oversaw development from inception to completion of K-12 intervention programs in reading and math, as well as summer enrichment programs in STEM, STEAM, SEL, and financial literacy.

Contributed to an executive consulting team to achieve the successful implementation of the K-12 Common Core State Standards for Literacy across all a multi-national network of over 300 schools operated by the Department of Defense Educational Activity (DoDEA). Ideated, produced, implemented, and evaluated new curriculum programs and products to support the professional development of DoDEA's administrators and literacy educators.

Collaborated with regional superintendents, principals, academic deans, and teachers to achieve gap-closing academic measures within a network of private charter schools. Collected and interpreted assessment data and school performance data to inform design of professional development sessions, and curricular materials, and to recommend administrative action. Conducted classroom observations and collaborative follow-up conferences. Designed, edited, and implemented course overviews, unit plans, and assessments and developed and delivered professional development for teachers.

Collaborated with administrators, teachers, and an in-house production team to oversee the development of standards-aligned customized English/language arts curriculum for all courses, grades five through twelve. Wrote performance reviews, developed and enforced production schedules, and facilitated staff professional development for team of eight writers. Aligned curriculum development efforts across content areas.

Produced customized course guides, scope and sequenced documents, cohensive unit plans, and scripted daily lesson plans for 6-12 ELA/literacy.
