I have over 25 years of executive leadership experience in Fortune 500 and middle market private companies, across various industries and sectors. A health delivery network of 00's of Doctors engaged in identifying root causation, removing interference, and restoring optimal function. • Opened over 100 franchise locations in 35 states throughout the U.S.• Doubled top line sales of organization while simultaneously increasing gross margins by up to 12 points, paying off debt, and dramatically increased cash flow from operations. • Generated an excess reserve cash balance of over 7.5% of annual revenues after shareholder distributions. Created the business model, legal structuring, infrastructure and planning to support sequential double digit growth.• Created standard branding, consolidated manufacturing and fulfillment, and developed an integrated marketing platform for over 150 products in the nutraceutical and wellness arena. Reduced COGS by over 40% across all SKU’s, increased cash flow by 500%, and increased top line annual sales by 10X.• Managed all franchise operations with in excess of 100 active clinics in 22 states. Completely revamped entire franchise model and created a business model and structure to support growth to 300 + franchised locations. • Restructured our leading International Wellness Education Program (Doctors and Students) and developed a custom CRM application and integrated Learning Management System to create a scalable evidence based learning platform. • Created an integrated web platform providing patient syndicated content, education materials, marketing support, social media integration, e-commerce platform and affiliate program. Oversight of over 300 individual Doctor websites and integrated ecommerce platform.• Established strategic partnerships with 4 Olympic Governing Bodies and Major League Soccer and created the first ever Wellness Advisory Council for Elite athletes and World Teams.     • Structured the successful work out of a forbearance agreement with Bank of America. Prepared financing plan and secured $7.5M LOC while lowering borrowing costs by 150 bps, attaining 120 day AR terms and achieving more favorable loan covenants.• Increased average client fee yield by adding an a la carte menu of service options including a full service offering. This included payroll funding, payroll processing, billing, collections and financial reporting.• Reduced ineligible accounts receivable (tied to bank covenants) from over $2M to less than $300k. Reduced bad debt write off’s from over $1M in 2003 to less than $100k in 2004.• Developed a credit scoring system and a risk based pricing model for all new clients and contract renewals. This dramatically reduced bad debt write offs over two years by in excess of $500k. • Responsible for an Accounts Receivable portfolio of $10M+. Proactively managed daily cash position, weekly borrowing base submission and key “dashboard” metrics.
