• Design and organize with sales, hard-hitting collateral such as sales tools, invitations, and account-based marketing efforts.• Work with Sales Leaders, Marketing Coordinator, and Sales to execute and manage the customer-facing portion of marketing initiatives, including live events, webinars, direct mail.• Set-up and facilitate client-based Webex meetings and presentations.• Collaborate with sales team to coordinate proposal response and submissions.• Coordinate lead management and follow up by the sales team.• Monitor and accelerate the contract/agreement and invoice processes.• Initiate and implement specific account management activities to increase penetration and expansion in assigned client organizations.• Perform client research and intelligence gathering to support sales efforts.• Respond to client questions by phone and email.• Initiate client calls to further service or provide continuity on projects.• Manage and analyze the CRM, including account moves and portfolio management. • Produce sales intelligence reports as scheduled or requested using Business Intelligence, Oracle, and the CRM.• Possibly lead “special projects” across the Sales Administrator team, in coordination with Team Leader.
