A little bit about me, my background includes an array of expertise in the real estate sales and rental fields. I obtained my first real estate license almost 27 years ago and went on to become a Broker and Sales Manager. Since then I have been lucky enough to work on some pretty amazing resort projects on the beaches, slopes, courses, lakes, mountains, waterparks and internationally with Playground Destination Properties/Intrawest Development. I have also held the position of Senior Director of Membership Development for Everlands Life, an exclusive vacation club with a property portfolio all around the world.After my move to Garrett County in 2008, I have been involved in directing the property management services and vacation rentals businesses with Long & Foster and then in 2016 following an acquisition, I was excited to announce that I began with Taylor Made Deep Creek Vacations & Sales directing as their General Manager. Today we have grown to have over 500 vacation rentals and around 200 employees. In 2021 Taylor-Made was acquired by VTrips and we are still the leader in the hospitality industry today! I currently serve on the Board at HART for Animals, a multi-million dollar animal facility where we offer veterinary services, grooming, boarding, and most importantly the boarding and adoption of homeless animals. It is a non-profit built and designed to rescue and save as many animals as possible. I also serve on the Board of Directors of Garrett Lake Arts Festival which is an organization that brings Arts and Entertainment to our small mountain area. I have served on more Boards in the past such as Dancing Classrooms of the Alleghenies and others. I and am very active and social in our small community and in the Vacation Rental Industry-and one of my strong points is building lasting relationships. Some of my interests besides taking my own vacations is international travel, animal welfare, art, wine, and conservation.Living at Deep Creek Lake, we get to experience the mountain lake lifestyle everyday whether it be snow skiing, ice fishing, golfing, paddle boarding or boating, white water rafting, mountain biking or any of the other recreational activities we have grown to love.
