I am responsible for project management and event activations for our clients. Our team provide services and executes a variety of programs for our clients (locally, regionally and nationally) in the areas of: Marketing, Media Buying, Event Planning & Activation and Project Management.Clients include: Heineken, Sagicorp, Farmers Insurance, Foot Solutions, New Realm Brewing Co., Grey Goose, The Fox Theatre, Bear Smoke Shop, Alliance Tax Solutions, Loud Security, Bacardi and Hoots.

I am the Managing Director of the Nucleus Group, LLC, a full service company providing expertise in strategic corporate partnerships, brand development, innovative events, marketing & advertising campaigns and sponsorship sales. I have worked with several major brands and organizations to develop custom advertising plans, marketing campaigns and experiential marketing activation. Clients include: The National Urban League, Subaru, Metro PCS, National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters, Funk Fest, The Atlanta Jazz Festival, Whitefoord Inc. Health Care, Ford, Essence Festival, Caffeine & Octane, Atlanta Fire & Rescue Dept., Commonwealth Financial, the Atlanta Police Dept and the Future Foundation.

I was responsible for booking an annual, diverse line up of sporting and entertainment events to the Arena...a multi use, 5,000 seat venue. In addition, I developed and managed the marketing plans for the venue and key partners and I was also charged with managing the sponsorhsip sales team to create opportunities to sell and activate corporate sponsorship partners for the venue.

I was charged with developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy and new business development plan including brand management, advertising, PR/Publicity, online marketing, experiential marketing and sponsorship sales.Responsibilities included the creation and management of multi-level marketing campaigns, promotions and special events designed to engage, educate and activate the target demographics for several brands and programs, management of promotions and sponsorship sales team, build relationships with external strategic corporate partners/media and community organizations, contract negotiation, budget management, client management and maximizing ROI results while achieving revenue budget goals. As the result of specific client needs analysis meetings, I created and executed custom, consumer facing campaigns or added value promotions for company branding, product launches, sales initiatives and/or community outreach, specifically to the African American audience. A sample list of corporate partners included: Kroger, Ford, Grady Health System, McDonald's, Pepsi, Chevrolet, The Georgia Lottery, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, AT&T, The American Cancer Society, Gatorade, Comcast, Cover Girl and State Farm. I have extensive experience in team building and management as I led the marketing and sponsorship sales teams.
