I met a phenomenal woman, (my saving grace) who saved my life, by helping me find my way back to self. Coupled with my own personal experience and the scholarly teachings I received during my college years; where my focus was geared toward the internal factors of emotional trauma. I discovered that the void I was feeling in my soul had a name. I was a victim of adult childhood trauma...I had unresolved issues that occurred during my childhood. I know without a doubt that I am not the only adult who has experienced childhood trauma and have unresolved issues that have caused an emotional imbalance in adulthood.
