Administration and coordination of multi-discipline Civil Engineering projects from pre-award stage to completion of As-Builting stage. Duties include: Cost proposal, contract and sub-contract preparation support, filing, copying, logging, submittal preparation and interdiscipline coordination, client and sub-consultant contact, meeting coordination and preparation, project deliverable development support, and various other duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Maintenance of company wide monthly project tracker management of all internal and external milestone submittals for multi-discipline projects. Assist discipline leader in coordination of engineering resources.Immediate oversight of administrative staff. Project assignment, scheduling, problem solving, and personnel management.

Coordinate yearly calendar of events for two facilities. Writing, design, graphic work and layout for all publications and presentations. Website design and upkeep. Coordinate, supervise, schedule and train volunteer and paid staff of 20-30 people. Six incoming phone lines, appointment scheduling. Public contact liaison for Pastors and staff.

Keep financial records and checkbook, including payroll, AR and AP, state and federal taxes. Answer five incoming phone lines. Interface with vendors, prospective clients, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable calls. Create, type and proofread all office correspondence. Create and write bids for prospective clients.

Answer 8 incoming phone lines, interfacing with vendors, subcontractors, owners and prospective clients. Create, type and proofread all office correspondence, including bids, proposals, change orders, etc.
