Integrated Facility Management Director
CurrentIFM Director responsible for facility management operations team of 80 members in an 8mm square foot client portfolio. Actively engaging each account business line and client’s leadership to enhance quality of service delivery. I am responsible for managing and directing activities for the delivery of workplace services, operations and asset planning, maintenance and repair for an expanded portfolio with accountability for the overall delivery of portfolio management, including facility management, partnering with engineering services, energy management and environmental health & safety. Maintaining MSA compliance, adherence to business plan, budgetary control, and oversight of the daily management and operational activities associated with the portfolio. Account primary objective is to maximize the value of the client’s assets achieving the operational and financial goals and objectives by developing, implementing and executing an overall Strategic Plan for each property and the portfolio as a whole.
