As a therapist and partner at POTENTIALS, LLC, I have over 25 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals and families. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a certified clinical supervisor through the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).I specialize in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety using evidence-based and supportive approaches, such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and other modalities. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I also offer co-parenting sessions for couples who are separated or divorced, using the Collaborative model. Additionally, I co-lead a monthly support group for adoptive parents.I co-founded POTENTIALS in 2011 with the mission of helping people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
