· Materially increase client savings and resulting revenue on an ongoing basis (i.e., 20-30% growth environment)· Growing margins and profitability via consultative sales· Expanding and diversifying client base, primarily organically, which includes both individual selling and managing a target sales team· Creating and defining sales strategy and tactical plan· Creating and maintaining sales metrics reporting· Assist with refining sales and marketing materials· Rolling out business/pricing models

Identifies opportunity and designs, proposes and sells integrated voice, data, LD, IP network, Cloud, Security and CPE solutions to moderate/high value enterprise customers via telephone based selling.Partners with customers to understand their business, industry, and competition to identify future and present needs in a consultative selling approach.Meet/exceed sales objectives consisting of moderate-high complexity products (voice/data CPE, complex voice, integrated voice and data, data networking, and affiliate to include Private IP, Voice over IP, Managed Services, Security, Cloud, CPE, Dedicated Internet Access, as well as traditional legacy voice and data services).Interfaces with and is proficient using Customer Relationship Management, Account Planning and Order Entry systems.Coordinates pre-sale, technical support and sales implementation processes. Creates custom proposals, accurate pricing and network configuration. Partners with the Sales Engineers and Product Specialist teams.
