I started "infsoln" in 2012 to hire sub-contractors in response to growing demand for consulting and development services, and as a platform for in-house developed applications. I employ several full- and part-time sub-contractors with varying skill sets. With my company, I have contracted and sub-contracted for a broad range of industries in a wide breadth of technologies, such as custom php development - including WordPress custom applications, code reviews and security audits, project and funding proposal documents, and general technical consulting. Our own in-house custom web applications include Site Minder, Task Tracker, Virtual/Actual Archive, Mantra game engine, a demographics engine, a photo aggregation application, and more. Development clients include AdWriter, Inc., EduCyber (Fidelity Bank), and Frontera (PBS Denver). Recent custom websites include No Flash Ink (noflashink.com), Emma Marie Music (emmamariemusic.net), and many more.

In this role, my Lead Developer responsibilities at AdWriter expanded to include management of the remaining technical staff, technology divisions, and third party vendors; prioritization and management of development requests; and client project management. For a period I also procured licenses, reviewed contracts, served as product manager, briefed company owners and helped to define the current business structure.My biggest technical accomplishments during this time include delivery of a massive RFQ response, development of an asynchronous API for real estate advertising ad placement, and updating a large SaaS application with a modern look and feel using Bootstrap.

As Lead Developer I took on additional responsibilities including codebase repository management, linux system and web server maintenance, import script creation and support, and database administration. I also managed plus-or-minus three contractors and took on evaluating and estimating projects.I was able to lead development on some great features and modernization during this time, including a popular property slideshow designed for large-screen tvs, implementation of strong authentication schemes, e-commerce systems, and a system for data exports.

Development responsibilities at AdWriter include writing primarily php and javascript code, covering various service areas including a high-availability online SaaS application for real estate professionals with up to 40,000 users per day. Additional languages include bash, perl, python and java. Libraries include smarty, ezpdf, and xlsgen. MySQL and SQLLite databases. Other codebases include data exports, a buyer-facing application, photo caching, system maintenance routines, a natural language generation system, and the corporate website.Biggest projects included upgrading to php 5 and mysql 5, creation of a reporting system, creating an obfuscation layer for the database, abstraction of the display layer, system and user documentation, and lots and lots of other legacy system updates.
