Responsible for the membership program at the museum. Plan all public programming for both the general public along with member only events. System administrator for the Altru database. Responsible for reporting and building queries. This is along with previous duties as Marketing Systems Manager.

Responsible for the Altru database for the organization. Work closely with the CFO, Marketing Director and Development Director to build queries for data and reports. Work closely with the Marketing Director on Museum Memberships. Work as the main contact point for admissions for issues.

Responsible for developing systems and procedures to utilize Tessitura, training of box office staff on Tessitura, reporting of sales and trends, dynamic pricing, building of season and packages in Tessitura, maintaining Tessitura, research to set prices for performances, outreach with ActOUT the LGBTQIA event for the Alley Theatre, Tstats, TRG, historical reporting.

Day to day operation of the box office, scheduling of box office staff, being manager on duty during performances, problem solving, training of box office staff with Tessitura, helping Director of Audience Services with subscriptions, reconcile of monies taken by the box office, ordering and inventory for store.

Training of marketing staff on Tessitura, maintaining Tessitura, building season and packages with in Tessitura, work with Development department on ticketing special events, work with Marketing Director on pricing of single tickets and subscription packages, work with the Director of Patron Services to help donors with purchases and exchanges.

In the 4 years there I moved from part time box office staff to Asst. Box Office Manager to Telemarketing Manager to Box Office Manager and finally as the Ticketing Service Manager. Managed box office staff and telemarketing staff, reporting and reconcile with finance department, reporting, processing of subscriptions, managing group sales department, hiring of staff, work on special projects from the Marketing Director.
