Currently I hold certifications as a Master Tobacco Treatment Specialist, Y12SR yoga instructor, meditation guide, certified nutritional plant based counselor, as well as over 20 years’ experience as a personal fitness instructor giving me the experience and necessary tools to be a leader in the field of recovery. I have been the Director of Health and Wellness for Continuum of Care for seven years promoting health and wellness and advocating change the treatment for adults battling addiction and mental illness. This has given me a vast amount of resources and expertise to guide others into a life of recovery.
