I have played an administrative role in the company as well as hands-on paint work, at times when it was needed. I am keen to learn all aspects of a business and I work hard.

As the office administrator, bookkeeper and PA to the owner of this business, I was required to assist in all three of the businesses that were owned by him, at the time. I worked daily on ACCPICK and used my time to learn as much as I could about the motor industry. I left this position to take up a greater role in JTolmay.RPM and move into homeschooling my daughter in her foundation years.

As the office manager, assistant to the accounts department and buyer for the subsidiary companies, I was able to work in multiple facets of the business with ease. I was moved up into this position after one year of working as office administrator and receptionist. I worked on SAGE PASTEL daily as the assistant to the accounts manager. The company had many subsidiary companies that were underneath the umbrella and I needed to use efficient time management, communication skills and leadership skills in order to work well with each subsidiary. As buyer, I used my budgeting skills, negotiating skills and I needed knowledge of the construction industry in order to keep this area of business working efficiently.
