My specialty is tailoring the strategy development process to meet the unique needs of each client organization, with an emphasis on building alignment around goals and priorities and putting processes in place to ensure successful implementation.

I was the architect of Exelon 2020: A Low-Carbon Roadmap, a first-to-the-industry plan to reduce, offset or displace the entire carbon footprint of Exelon.

I worked closely with the CEO and Executive Committee to develop, implement, communicate and evaluate the strategy for the corporation.

During my 15 years in the commercial consulting practice of this leading management and technology consulting firm (now part of Strategy&), I worked with senior management teams in major corporations across the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Australia to develop business and organizational strategies to realize value. I specialized in strategy development, organization design and post-merger integration. I began my career at Booz Allen as an Associate and advanced to the level of Vice President. I was twice awarded the firm's Professional Excellence Award for innovation and exceptional value delivered to clients.

I began my career in nursing, working as a registered nurse in intensive care at major teaching institutions in Chicago and Atlanta.
