The primary role of the Operations Director is to Manage first line supervisors & Operations Managers that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a call center. Responsible for Management of Client and Corporate goals including: Operational Metrics, Profitability/ Productivity, Quality, Client Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction. Also accountable to provide leadership to the account management team; as well as provide training and development and mentor Operations Managers. Manage multiple teams for one or more clients and accept responsibility for the accounts performance.

As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) I am responsible for multiple projects at any given time. In the instances where the SPM has one or more project managers (PM)s assigned, the SPM will retain dual accountability with the PM for the project’s success. Principle duties include: Serve as project manager where assigned; Provide PM oversight on assigned projects where a PM is involved. Facilitate project launch meetings between stakeholders and PM, review PM project plans, attend project planning meetings, and provide guidance and coaching to the PM; Provide periodic project status updates to senior management; Train new PMs in project management methods, tools, and procedures; Support sales team members by accompanying them to client presentations and visits, writing text for proposals, and developing sample project timelines.
