How do you find a Coach who's a good fit and understands your business sector and challenges? One who has the industry knowledge, coaching experience, and credentials you can trust? The International Coach Coalition (ICC) is a coach referral platform that helps clients do just that. ICC was created as a one-stop shop for organizations and HR departments to find qualified and experienced executive coaches for their leaders and teams.All ICC member coaches have taken the Royal Roads University (RRU) Graduate Executive Coaching program, obtained their Certified Executive Coach (CEC) credential, and have achieved their Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or higher designations through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Gold Standard in coaching.The International Coach Coalition is a free online directory that helps connect clients to their ideal coach. Clients can view coaches by location or specialization, meet their potential coach for an exploratory call to ensure a connection by both parties, explore their goals, and discuss the coach's processes. If a match is made, the client and coach enter into a coaching partnership and the magic happens.

Responsible for strengthening individual, sector and corporate enrolments using a career coach approach, uncovered collaboration and business development opportunities, negotiated MOUs and agreements, and created and fostered positive relations and top-of-mind awareness of RRU and its programs within the public and private sectors, including the Department of National Defence, Canadian Armed Forces, police and law enforcement, fire and rescue, public safety, and BC technology industries.• Managed budgets and portfolios with revenues of $2.5-$3 million annually; negotiated agreements and collaborations with sectors leading to individual enrolment and contract revenues for Professional and Continuing Studies, increased sector enrolments year over year for the academic programs; through a coach approach, guided individuals to educational programs that enhanced individual careers and sector transitions; liaised and collaborated with select sectors, attended and presented at CAF, CACP, CAFC, and regional military, police, and fire conferences, leading to a culture of learning and staff education that enhanced organizational operations and culture; developed and strengthened relationships within sectors leading to enhanced institutional reputation and opportunities.• Successfully collaborated and strategized with all departments within the university, including executive, deans, faculty, Professional and Continuing Studies, Registrar, conference and events, marketing and enrolment services, and production services.

Responsible for all aspects of directing RRU’s Centre for Global and Executive Education staff and education programs, including credit and non-credit programs in the areas of leadership (open enrollment and various workshops), executive education (graduate certificates, commercial and custom programs), and undergraduate technology diploma and certificate programs. • Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Global Business Development, focused on business development, utilizing new and existing networks to pursue block booking opportunities for executive programs, partnership opportunities with organizations and associations, and collaborations with other post secondary institutions.

Responsible for management of all aspects of consecutive, full-time, technical certification training programs (Security Certified, Microsoft, Linux +, Security + and Oracle). • Oversaw program development and budget management of revenues of $3 million and supervision of up to twelve full-time and contract staff.• Analyzed the IT market to determine skills gap and industry needs.• Initially coached program candidates on education and skills required to transition from their past career and into the technology sector, from the first interview for the program through to graduation and post program employment, and later coached staff on how to take a coach approach in the recruitment process and the career coaching requirements mid and post program.• Oversaw program development, marketing, recruiting, interviewing, assessment and work placement of technical learner candidates. Achieved revenue growth of 40%.• Participated in and organized conferences, networking events and trade shows.• Conducted weekly recruitment presentations to audiences up to 70, presented to corporate environments.• Successfully managed the relationships and staffing of programs, learners (less than 1% attrition), employers (internships), contract instructors (over 80% retention), and vendors.• Managed advertising and editorial campaigns as well as brochure development.
