Having worked as a PSW since 2004, I can honestly say, I love what I do. It's the most rewarding feeling knowing that you've helped someone with the tasks that they can no longer safely do on their own. I pride myself on my ability to make clients comfortable enough to open up and allow me to assist them with personal care and other activities of daily living. My goal is to work for a company who values and respects their employees and clients, and encourages input from all areas. Until then, I am doing private care on my own, and loving the freedom I have to help people with all their needs!
