Having gained experience in procurement, (competition, contract placement), contract management and performance management, I am now working in the Disposal Services Authority department seeing projects transition to the end of the CADMID life cycle. I have a small team working to tight deadlines completing sales agreements with industry and other governments using commercial and project management tools to achieve targets. I foster the use of innovative thinking to produce lean processes, allowing time for more value added activities to be undertaken whilst allowing the team the opportunity to realise their personal ambitions. I am enjoying the challenges this new role has to offer and am using all the skills I have acquired during my time in the MOD.

Managing the performance of key Contracts, ensuring that SLA's KPI's and core contract compliance are effectively monitored, trends are identified, continuous improvement initiatives generated and corrective actions implemented at the earliest opportunity ensuring value for money is achieved.
