As the Vice President (VP) of Marketing, I oversee marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen the bank's market position and achieve desired business goals. Collaborate with Lake Area Bank business lines to develop and lead marketing strategies that achieve strategic and financial objectives. Responsible for the management, execution, and evaluation of effective and innovative marketing plans, brand development, public relations, and communications that align with banks’ strategies.

Manage Volunteer Services Department consisting of 350 active volunteers at a senior living facility. Directed the overall operations of the volunteer department including volunteer recruitment, retention, appreciation, procedures, communications, and budgeting. Responsible for overseeing and directing the efforts of three campus shops including marketing, promotions, buying, pricing, merchandising, finances, budgets, and staffing. Member of the campus leadership team focused on setting and implementing campus-wide strategic goals and processes.

Assist clients in achieving their company and product line goals through the development of various creative works and strategic direction. Establish and execute marketing plans to support various marketing strategies including branding, website, advertising, copywriting, and event management. Entrepreneurial duties: general business management, vendor relations, accounting, and budgeting.

Project management in various marketing efforts with an emphasis in internal and external communications. Work with the head of Marketing to develop marketing strategies to align with corporate goals. Primary responsibilities include building creative concepts, developing communication plans and materials, executing bank promotions, overseeing company website and event management.
