I am a Canadian Certified Recovery Coach (CCRC) and Recovery Coach Facilitator (RCPF) co-facilitating a course based on the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy in Connecticut. I am also a mindfulness coach with Still Here co-facilitating mindfulness courses online since 2020. I also provide content for Still Here's social media pages and blog posts for the website and participate in marketing strategies and campaigns. My background in my earlier life was in fashion, having trained and worked as a fashion consultant, model, along with high-end retail sales, fashion shows and event promotion. I still love the fashion biz, and in particular, local, sustainable fashion. As a former homeschool mom of three children with dyslexia for many years, I became a tutor for dyslexia using the Davis method. (The Gift of Dyslexia-Ron Davis) working with my own children as well as other students, guiding them to master their perception and become proficient as learners.
