Review and analyze data regarding specific academic and administrative functions for both the undergraduate and graduate programs. Develop and implement procedures and guidelines for scheduling decisions, student enrollment priority policies, administrative procedures, etc. to accomplish program objectives and goals while conferring with the Undergraduate Program Director, Graduate Program Director, Department Chair and Department administrator to determine optimal enrollment with available resources. Evaluate scheduling in order to determine progress and effectiveness, and to make recommendations concerning changes as needed.Provides a broad range of administrative support to the Graduate Program Director, including admissions, graduation requirements and monitoring teaching assistant budget. Maintain academic and administrative records for the Undergraduate and Graduate programs; prepare and review a variety of reports regarding admissions, course enrollment.
