• Planning & ManagementAccording to the Business and HR strategy of the Group Company, designing detailed Kappa HR plan and making sure the implement to support the achievement of the organization's objective.To establish, maintain and continuously improve the HR Management system internally including HRM policies, processes and practices.Overseeing and ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of all general HR functions.• Recruitment Partner with the business to determine sourcing and provide appropriate candidate pool for interview process. Build relationships with hiring vendors. Manage approval process and execute new hire process to ensure smooth transition for new employee. • Learning & DevelopmentDetermining training and development needs and programs with the target to maintain up-to-date competence level of staff. Developing and monitoring training budgets. Monitoring employee development programs for the key employees and high potentials. Owning Succession Plan and execution drive key talent retention & development efforts, ensuring successful on-board including orientation and new manager induction plan. • Compensation and Benefits Work closely with the shared service center team of the Group Company to manage compensation programs including merit and bonus programs, monitor internal and external equity and recommend appropriate adjustments as necessary. • Performance Management Facilitating the line managers to conduct performance management/ PDP (Personal Development Plan). Building up a highly performed work force to meet the business’ operation and development needs.• Human Resources Information System Ensure integrity of HR tracking database, which including staff movements, training tracking, performance management records, turnover analysis report and other required systems and databases. • Employee RelationshipCoordination to communicate between managers’ team and staff.Conflict Resolutions as they arise.
