• Input incoming brush and tree counts into multiple inventory tracking sheets based on date, farm, product, quantity, and if the product was brought in by a contractor or one of the H2A employees.• Track contractor production weekly and prepare an invoice based on agreed upon payment and provided it to accounts payable/ billing manager.• Created spreadsheets based on the current needs of the company to ensure that inventory numbers were accurate so that trees could ship on time and to the correct customer.• Assisted in trucking, checking in drivers, ensuring that the correct paperwork and tags went with each truck driver.
