This is a two-year, part-time fractional executive position that will leverage my commitment to low-income communities, my 30+ years of experience in philanthropy and advocacy, and my early career experiences as a domestic violence court advocate. My role is to support LTF grantees as they address their organizational development growth such as effective leadership, talent retention, change management, and excellence in nonprofit governance.

As an trustee of Lawrence, I serve on the Board to steward the University's resources in service of our students, their families and our donors.​ My committee assignments are endowment investments, governance, and enrollment.

As Chair of the Albert Pick, Jr. Fund, I support the Board to steward our grantmaking resources to support neighborhood based nonprofits who are working on solutions to address inequity in their communities.

The Yield Giving Open Call is a $250 million open call focused on elevating organizations working with people and in places experiencing the greatest need in the United States: communities, individuals, and families with access to the fewest foundational resources and opportunities. This initiative will award unrestricted gifts of $1 million each to 250 organizations.

The Forest Preserve Foundation is a public-private partnership with the Forest Preserves of Cook County. The majority of our grants support low income youth and families to have internships and recreation opportunities in the Preserves. Accomplishements and responsibilities include:-Grew Foundation annual revenue from $60,000 to $1.3 million -Doubled proceeds of annual fundraising event -Leads Foundation’s fundraising strategy and external relations -Oversight of all operations including human resources, financial systems, external audits and vendor contracts -Collaborates with Board of Directors to implement strategic plans, rebranding and board development

The Hyde Park Suzuki Institute was founded in 1998 to bring the joy of music and the expression of its richness to children through the teaching methods of those who have proven through experience and research the exceptional learning ability of the young child. Since then, the Institute has earned the reputation of excellence in the instruction of young children.

The Cook County Commission on Human Rights enforces the Cook County Human Rights Ordinance. Recognizing the need to combat the effects of bias and bigotry throughout Cook County, the Cook County Board of Commissioners adopted the Cook County Human Rights Ordinance on March 16, 1993. The Ordinance is designed to protect all people who live and work in the County from discrimination and sexual harassment in employment, public accommodations, housing, credit transactions, County services and County contracting. The Commission on Human Rights enforces the Ordinance by investigating, conciliating and conducting hearings on complaints of discrimination. In addition, the Commission develops and conducts educational programs designed to prevent discrimination before it occurs and to promote better relations among the County's diverse racial, ethnic, religious, cultural and social groups.
