• Provide the Senior Leadership Team with key reports on behaviour, liaising with Middle Leaders to bring trends and concerns to their attention, along with guidance on how best to address.

• Keeping existing training up to date ensuring the latest legislation and compliance procedures are fully incorporated.
• Identification of skills gaps, providing appropriate training solutions in order to fill gaps in knowledge and/or skills – enabling both business and personal objectives to be met.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and course materials, providing recommendations to appropriate training partners in order to ensure continuous improvements are made, maintaining compliance and the effectiveness.
• Monitor delegates’ achievements against expected knowledge levels post-training, in order to meet expected licencing and skill level objectives, to support the company’s vision and goals.
