Shelley is a founding member of our Auckland team, and works primarily with companies, trusts and inidviduals in property, commercial property and business purchases and sales. She specialises in complicated commercial banking transactions for small-medium businesses and also enjoys trusts and estate planning.Shelley became a Director of the firm in 2021.

I am a lawyer practising in everyday law - basically the GP of the legal world. I specialise in conveyancing, trusts, wills, enduring powers of attorney, small to medium business financing and sale and purchases as well as relationship property advice and agreements. After graduating with first class honours and two degrees, I did my time at large law firms and multinational banks. IHowever, after a number of years I moved away from that corporate world and now enjoy dealing with individuals, families and small to medium business owners. And because I am a mobile lawyer, I even get to do home visits!
