Currently I am doing Pet Sitting for families in the Denver area as I have moved to Denver and plan to attend Vet Tech school. Also, I have over 10 years of experience in managing museum collections and assisting with exhibit design, preparation, and installation. My goal coming out of the UNL Museum Studies graduate program in 1998 was to move to Denver and work in one or more of the front range museums to gain experience and improve my skills in museum collections management and registration. I have worked with a diverse amount of collections and would like to bring my interest in fine art into the mix. I have a BA in Fine Art with a specialty in painting. My MA included a minor in Art History. I completed an internship before moving to Denver at the Denver Art Museum and would like to explore a position there or in any of the other local art museums.Specialties: Collections Management and Registration of cultural and fine art collections in museums. I have worked on other projects including arsenic testing, conservation planning, and grant writing. Research projects include assisting with visitor queries, prospecting donors, photo usage requests, and special research requests. Knowledge of NAGPRA and experience with Tribal visits.
