This job comes with the responsibility for trade shows, sales meetings, corportate travel, special events, expense reports for the entire sales force and special projects as they present themselves.

I am commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oregon.

Support of consumers with escallated issues due to poor quality or warranty problems.

Responsible for Oregon Scientifics’ outsource customer service group. I was the final decision maker on escalations for customer service, BBB, Credit Card Company disputes and Attorney General Inquiries. I had a successful track record of detecting fraudulent orders and stopping them before they shipped saving the company thousands of dollars.Other responsibilities included Rep Sales Reports, Rep lists and maps, Event Planning, Sample Control, Extranet support, email support for Corporate Sales and Webmaster, Company Newsletter maintanence and a litney of other challanges that presented themselves daily.

I began as a customer services rep and moved up in the company to Customer Service Director for two divisions. I was promoted to Sales Administrator and was responsible for supporting several vice presidents and sales managers. Event facilitation such as Trade Shows and National Sales Meeting coordination were a large part of my responsibility. The experience and duties are the same as the ones indicated in my work experience above.

Territorial Customer Service for a manufacturer of smallwares and shelving. This position was responsible for general customer service and quotation and layout of shelving configurations. Material handling, hospitality and medical were the main industries using the products.
