Refereeing Basketball most of my life taught me more about life than either my formal education or my professional work experience - and I hold those experiences in high regard! I believe serving the game means having compassion for those pressured to win and creating an environment where the entire ecosystem of participants (e.g. players, coaches, officials and beyond) feels free to perform their personal best in a fair, trusting, transparent and respectful environment - every game! Embodying this service approach in life, family, work and all that I do has been improved with the mindful habits built through officiating. I provide integral coaching and development for professional athletes and teams, all levels of sports officials, individuals and corporate teams utilizing collaborative & innovative approaches to understanding and defining the meaningful data with an emphasis on transparency, noticing & presencing practices. My sports officiating background includes multiple selections to NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament as well as to the Pac-12 Conference, West Coast Conference & Big Sky Conference tournaments. Selected as the Referee Representative to the NCAA Women's Basketball Rules Committee annual meeting in 2014 & 2015. WNBA Referee Operations Performance and Development for 3 seasons (2016-2018).*Broad experience in all aspects of Sales & Marketing & Sports Officiating.
