I have been called a CULTURE AMBASSADOR. I offer 31 yrs of real estate experience with expertise in, new developments, acquisitions and re-positioned assets. I have developed the skills, experience and proven results by one of the top national REIT’s. I have climbed the organizational chart staying true to my first passion of creating culture, sales, marketing, training and problem solving. I have retained the titles of Mentor Manager, HR Project Coordinator, Senior Marketing Dir, Education Trainer and Community Operations Manager. I am directly supporting Camden’s National Mentor Program. Camden's culture is the forefront of successful recruitment, increased retention and overall organizational performance. I help create practices and innovative ideas on how to keep Camden's culture going strong. Past responsibilities included executing national branding, brand mgmt., creative development, reputation management, advertising campaigns, social media, selling strategies and training. In addition, I monitored individual markets and sub‐markets for trends, forecasts, job growth, and economic conditions. One of my peers once said, “Shelley has great satisfaction in motivating others to be their best and is an intelligent, witty, entertaining, and courageous woman with a heart the size of Texas, but stay out of her cross-hairs during hunting season!” I always maintain that failure is not an option! I have a proven track record of achieving positive results and seek challenges on a daily basis. I sat on the Board of Directors with Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, graduate of the Leadership Lyceum for AAGD, selected to be interviewed for two books published from the Best Places to Work Institute due to Camden being named by FORTUNE® Magazine for Great Places to Work and certification for Adult Education and Platform training.
