• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies for HR, Payroll, IT and Facilities.
• Overall responsibility for the company marketing, PR, client relations and company events.

• Organise shareholder events, company road shows, employee conferences and leadership away days. Development, production and delivery of event from proposal right up to delivery. Delivery events on time, within budget.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Monitor progress of projects allocated to staff by CEO, provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to.
• Communicating, maintaining and development client relationships.
• Manage high-level meetings including agenda setting, meeting contents, action item tracking.
