• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies for HR, Payroll, IT and Facilities. • Overall responsibility for the company marketing, PR, client relations and company events.• Drive initiatives in the management team and organisation that contribute to long-term operational excellence. • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all Support Services within the business.• In charge of monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organisation’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. • Oversee the workflow of contract to completion through to invoicing, ensure that workflow and processes are consistent and comprehensive. • Monitor cash flow, credit control, make sure all invoices are paid on time by clients and manage payments for vendors. • Management of agency, suppliers’ budgets.• Invoicing, payroll management including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.• Regular meetings with board members, sales team around fiscal planning, annual budget.• Supervise office management on daily basis.• Work with Billing team, ensure contracts and invoices are presented to clients and vendors.

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO (maintain diary, travel, screening calls, letters and emails, prepare relevant reports and other related arrangements).• Office Management. Balance office budgets, office refurbishments in each location, supervising and monitoring the reception area. Review and implement the company’s health and safety policy. • Organise shareholder events, company road shows, employee conferences and leadership away days. Development, production and delivery of event from proposal right up to delivery. Delivery events on time, within budget that meet/exceed expectations. Being responsible for all event budgets from start to finish. • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Monitor progress of projects allocated to staff by CEO, provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team when required. • Communicating, maintaining and development client relationships. • Manage high-level meetings including agenda setting, meeting contents, action item tracking. • Carry out research and analysis that may be needed for projects.• Manage functions. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each functions (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.• Contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. • Deal with compliances and address legal issues to Legal department.• Work with the management team. Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices.• Act as key contact for the CEO, and liaising with Executive Board, chiefs, EAs, shareholders, customers and suppliers to build and ensure a strong work • Prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly
