Experience in environmental consulting field since 2011. Acted as a Senior Project Manager from August 2013-May 2018, with current role as a National Client Manager beginning in May 2018.Project management experience includes providing management, consulting, and due diligence expertise for environmental due diligence services, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Environmental Transaction Screens (ETS), Limited Environmental Assessments (LESA), Regulatory Database Reviews, and Peer Reviews, for large and small scale industrial, commercial, multi-tenant residential, and rural properties. Summary of Duties: • Project Support - Support specific project requirements through a variety of duties, such as conducting research, obtaining subcontractor bids, and reviewing state and local rules, regulations, and permitting requirements• Reporting/Technical Writing - Analyze environmental data and prepare technical reports/documents for submittal to various state regulatory agencies and clients• Environmental field work - Conduct site visits, perform groundwater and/or soil sampling activities, oversee subcontractor drilling activities, and manage collection of field dataSkills acquired:• Writing - use of technical writing to prepare a variety of reports such Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Air and Noise Assessments, Case Closure Reports, and a variety of related subsurface technical reports. Also assisted in the drafting of updated content for a new company website.• Research - utilize various resources to research different aspects of projects, such as state-specific technical requirements, state-specific reporting guidelines, or other project related unknowns• Adaptability - as project scopes change or evolve, maintain work flow and goals towards the final product or closure• Communication - maintain open communication with project managers and other team members regarding all projects and assigned tasks• Time Management - manage time and prioritize work between concurrent projects with varying deadlines• Technical - use geotechnical equipment and follow standard procedures to collect environmental media samples
