Passion, experience & talent are combined in one role & for me I get to experience all of these in the talented stylists I work with every day. Developing salon leaders to know and understand their business, as well as how they are able to significantly impact their teams and sales is what keeps my job fun and fulfilling. There's no greater thank you for a peer or employee than knowing you have helped them become a better version of themselves at work!

As a DL I oversaw a range of 8 - 16 salons through out Central, Northern and Eastern Illinois. I was privileged to work with many of the concepts within Regis Family of Brands. This allowed me to develop rapport with many stylists and clientele, in various communities in Illinois. In my position I was directly responsible for daily operations as well as interviewing, hiring, training and counseling of employees. As well as, HR related issues, counseling and firing. It was my daily goal to assist salons in understanding and meeting the business needs of each location which may include profitability, adequate staffing, HR guidelines, IDFPR requirements, cleanliness and quality of services performed. The quality of the services would could include such things as the stylist's appearance and performance, their customer service skills, technical quality and level of professionalism.

During my time with CC of Madison I oversaw the daily operations of 21 salons in the state of Illinois as well as hiring, training and developing Salon Managers. As the Training Director, I traveled between Illinois, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania hiring and developing our own trainers to ensure our stylists had the most current and up to date training. The state of Wisconsin offers an apprecticeship program and it fell within my responsibilities to oversee this program; ensuring comoliance with state regulations, hiring and training qualified educators and placement of apprentices.
