Provide Asset Management Oversight to forty-seven (47) institutional quality and 1031 exchange real estate entities. Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, then model full life cycle financial analysis for each asset from acquisition through disposition. Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance. Manage the cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections. Work closely with multiple third party property managers and onsite team members to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Developed a proprietary Audit and Assessment Program designed to fill in the “information gap” between asset managers and property management. Allows for the recognition of operational opportunities, as well as the identification of potential operational risks.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Responsible for operations of the Central Region, consisting of 50,000 units across multiple states. Portfolio consisted of A, B, and C assets, including new construction and capital projects. Supervised 70 corporate employees and 350+ onsite employees.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Worked hand in hand with development, the construction division, design group, and marketing division. Responsible for achieving proforma revenue expectations from initial lease up through asset disposition. Reported to equity partners and lender throughout the life cycle of each asset.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Key participant in the development of the Central Region. Responsible for setting up full operating company consisting of Human Resources, Training, Accounting, Administrative Team, Due Diligence Team and Regional Property Managers. Supervised corporate staff of 42 and responsible for operations of 72 properties/23,000 units across a multi-state region.
